Our Mission

OUR MISSION

We are on a mission to revitalize the earth by planting trees, building communities, and of course, enjoying great whiskey.

EVERY BOTTLE PLANTS A TREE

We have committed to planting 1,240,000 trees to date via our partnership with One Tree Planted. 1,114,299 trees have been planted via completed projects, 85,701 trees are part of projects currently in progress, and 40,000 trees are planned for future projects. Click on a pinned location from the map to learn more about all of the planting projects we have contributed to.

The planting projects we support are chosen along with our partners at One Tree Planted who partner with local tree planting organizations that best understand the specific needs of each community.

TREES PLANTED

Our Story

Noble Oak was created with a goal of offering a great whiskey that gives back. It's simple - every bottle plants a tree. From our humble beginning back in 2017, we have worked with our partners at One Tree Planted to plant trees in areas of need around the country. Our efforts have spanned from the Redwood Forest in California to Detroit, Michigan, to the Finger Lakes in New York, and everywhere in between.

WHY TREES?

In Mendocino County, we're protecting the water quality for future generations. In Detroit, we're building the city's urban forest to create stronger neighborhoods and healthier homes. In New York, we're reducing potential for erosion. Follow the link below to learn more about the benefits of trees from our friends at One Tree Planted.

URBAN FORESTRY

Noble Oak is excited to sink our roots into Urban Reforestation. Urban trees help reduce urban heat, increase residents’ access to green spaces, filter pollutants in the air & water, and more. Unfortunately, trees are not distributed equally: communities of color & low-income communities are disproportionately affected by climate change & disinvestment and need urban trees now more than ever. Join us as we get started on this journey.
