The Tipsy Banana
A twist on a classic Sour where the rich stewed fruit notes of Noble Oak are rounded out with a zip of banana and a hint of bitter.
- 2 oz Noble Oak Rye
- 3/8 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Bitters
- Maraschino Cherry for Garnish
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add Noble Oak Rye, bitters, and sweet vermouth. Stir well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry. Enjoy!
