Old Timber
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Noble Oak Rye
1/4 oz R. Jelinek Fernet
1/4 oz Triple Sec
Orange Peel & Cinnamon stick for Garnish
Method
Combine the rye, fernet & triple sec in a mixing glass, add ice, and give a quick stir until all ingredients are chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain the ingredients into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Express orange peel oils into drink and add to glass. Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick if you have as well. Cheers!
