Noble Oak Basil Sour
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Noble Oak Bourbon
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Rich Simple Syrup
6 Basil Leaves
Method
Add rich simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water) into the bottom of a mixing tin with five basil leaves. Muddle basil and syrup together. Add lemon juice, Noble Oak & ice. Shake well to chill and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with remaining basil leaf and enjoy!
