Queen's Park Swizzle
3 oz. Noble Oak Bourbon (or you can substitute half of the spirits for a dark rum like Brugal 1888)
½ oz. rich (2:1) simple syrup or maple syrup
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
8-10 mint leaves
Aromatic bitters to top
Combine all ingredients in a swizzle glass and top with crushed ice. Swizzle the ingredients together until the glass becomes frosty. Pack the top with aromatic bitters and an additional sprig of mint. Cheers!
