New York Noble Sour
2 oz Noble Oak Bourbon
½ oz Rich Honey Syrup (2 parts honey/1 part water)
3⁄4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White (can be pasteurized)
1 oz Rich Red Wine (or port)
Combine all ingredients except wine in a shaker and shake for 15 seconds until the egg white emulsiﬁes with the citrus. Add a scoop of ice and shake for additional 15 seconds to chill. Strain into a rocks glass and top with a 1 oz red wine ﬂoat. Cheers!
