Bourbon Peach Smash
Ingredients
4 peach slices
2 oz Noble Oak Bourbon or Rye
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
1 tablespoon peach jam
Fresh mint, for garnish
Peach slice, for garnish
Method
Start by muddling peach slices in a cocktail shaker. Then add Noble Oak Bourbon or Rye, lemon juice, honey syrup, peach jam, and ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh mint & peach slice and serve.
