Ingredients
Splash of absinthe
2oz Noble Oak Rye
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
3/4 oz Benedictine
Bourbon cherry, for serving
Method
1. Rinse a Nick and Nora glass with absinthe and discard.
2. Combine rye, lemon juice, amaro, and Benedictine in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
3. Spritz the top of the glass with absinthe. Garnish with bourbon cherry and serve.
