Brûlée Blood Orange Sour
Ingredients
2 oz Noble Oak Rye
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Egg White
Brûléed Blood Orange Slice for Garnish
Method
Measure all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake 6 times. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a brûléed blood orange slice (cover one side of an orange slice with sugar and heat with brûlé torch to caramelize).
