Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Noble Oak Bourbon
1 oz Aperol
2 oz Prosecco
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Splash of Soda Water
Orange Slice (for garnish)
Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)
Ice
Preparation
Step One
Add Noble Oak Bourbon, Aperol, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.
Step Two
Shake vigorously until well combined and chilled.
Step Three
Strain into wine glass filled 3/4 full with ice.
Step Four
Top with prosecco and soda water.
Step Five
Garnish with orange slice and rosemary sprig.
Step Six
