Ingredients

Splash of Absinthe

2 oz Noble Oak Rye

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Amaro Nonino

3/4 oz Benedictine

Bourbon Cherry (for garnish)

Ice

Step One

Rinse a Nick and Nora glass with absinthe and discard.

Step Two

Combine Noble Oak Rye, lemon juice, amaro, and Benedictine in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

Step Three

Spritz the top of the glass with absinthe.

Step Four

Garnish with bourbon cherry and serve.

Step Five
