Bourbon Peach Smash

Ingredients

4 Peach Slices

2 oz Noble Oak Double Oak Bourbon or Rye

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1/5 oz Honey Syrup

1 tablespoon Peach Jam

Fresh Mint (for garnish)

Peach Slice (for garnish)

Ice

Step One

Start by muddling the peach slices in a cocktail shaker.

Step Two

Add the Noble Oak, lemon juice, honey syrup, peach jam, and ice to the cocktail shaker.

Step Three

Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.

Step Four

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Step Five

Garnish with fresh mint and peach slice.

Step Six
